As our membership continues to grow across the great state of Victoria, we're in the process of re-locating our office to best service our members going forward.

We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for learning and helping our members to join our new Melbourne office as part of our Immediate Member Support team.

• Location: Melbourne, VIC (exact location TBD)
• Employment Type: Casual Full-Time (Part-Time negotiable)
• Salary: Starting at $39ph including superannuation
• Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
• Commencement: Early January 2025

As a member of our Immediate Member Support team, your role centres around member satisfaction. Through clear communication, both on the phone and via email, you'll be assisting in achieving quality outcomes for Red Union members!

What You'll Do:

• Provide prompt and effective support for members via phone and email
• Ensure clear and friendly communication to enhance member satisfaction
• Assist members with administrative issues
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment within the organisation
• Continuously strive to improve member satisfaction through proactive measures
• Demonstrate expert knowledge to address and solve member queries and concerns
