Case Manager

As our membership continues to grow across the great state of Victoria, we're in the process of re-locating our office to best service our members going forward.
We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for learning and helping our members to join our new Melbourne office as part of our Industrial Advocate team.
- Location: Melbourne, VIC (exact location TBD)
- Employment Type: Casual Full-Time (Part-Time negotiable)
- Salary: Starting at $39ph including superannuation
- Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- Commencement: Early January 2025
As a member of our Industrial Advocate team, your role centres around achieving quality workplace outcomes for our members. By possessing a thorough understanding of workplace law, and the ability to handle caseloads proficiently, you will be contributing to improving conditions for workers across Australia.
Considered to be some of the country’s best, our team consists of skilled industrial advocates and legal experts, who offer industrial assistance for a variety of workplace matters such as allegations, bullying, industrial and pay disputes, terminations, and other employment law issues.
What You'll Do:
- Provide prompt and effective workplace advice for members via phone and email
- Ensure clear and friendly communication to enhance member satisfaction
- Learn processes and content promptly with the necessary training provided
- Contribute to a positive and supportive environment within the organisation
- Continuously strive to improve member satisfaction through proactive measures
- Demonstrate expert knowledge to address and solve the concerns of members
