We are looking for an energetic person with a passion for marketing to join the fast-paced Brisbane office as part of our marketing and sales team. 

• Location: Bowen Hills, QLD
• Employment Type: Casual Full-Time (Part-Time negotiable)
• Salary: Starting at $39ph including superannuation
• Working hours: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday

As a key player within our dynamic Marketing team at the Red Union Support Hub (RUSH), this role offers more than just day-to-day tasks. You’ll be at the forefront of driving our digital marketing strategies, ensuring the successful execution of campaigns, and collaborating across departments to enhance brand visibility. This position provides ample opportunities for career development as you contribute directly to our mission of challenging the status quo and introducing innovation into an otherwise stagnant industry.

What You'll Do:

• Digital Marketing: Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, social media ads, email marketing, and SEO optimization.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, blog posts, email newsletters, website copy, and more.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance metrics, website traffic, social media engagement etc.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Campaigns and Events: Assist in planning and executing campaigns, marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
• Relationship Management: Create and foster partnerships with our growing network of Ambassadors.
• Sales: Engage in proactive outreach via sales calls to prospective members.
