Red Union Support Hub's (RUSH) many contact methods make getting answers easy, associations and add-on products trust RUSH to answer most basic enquries or escalate to the proper place.
We have listed the best methods for contacting us, based on your type of query.
Non-member, interested in joining?

- Live chat: Try the live chat feature (usually bottom right) on our main webpages
- Messenger: You can message questions to your preferred union on Facebook messenger

Complex workplace issues - needs industrial team / escalation to lawyer

Log in to your Member Portal at member.redunion.com.au (AU) or member.unions.co.nz (NZ) using your current member email address and mobile phone for verification.

On the portal dashboard:

Navigate to "Need help?" section->

Click on the "Member Support Form" card ->

Answer all required question.

Basic enquiries (or having difficulties with the portal)
- Call us on our 24/7 Member Support Hotline – 1300 263 374.
- Send us an email to hotline@redunion.com.au.
- Start a Live Chat during business hours.
- Use the hotline's SMS number (if you've been provided it).
The team will occassionally have to verify your identity before they can assist with enquiries.
External party with a question?
If you're not an member or an employee interested in joining (e.g. tribunal, partner, employer) you can get in touch by contacting your best known contact with the unions (e.g. the relevant association secretary, the bargaining agent for negotiations).
