How to Join?
Joining takes about 2 minutes and is done entirely online (or over the phone if you prefer).
Each National Association has its own join form.
First — find the right association for you:
Not sure which one fits? Call us on 1300 263 374 or book an onboarding call and we'll point you in the right direction.
Once you've found your association:
- Join Form: Click the big red "Join Now" button — it'll take you straight to the sign-up form.
- Membership Type: Choose the membership type and billing frequency that suits you, then enter your details.
- Personal Details: Use a personal email address, not a work email — this is important for accessing your Member Portal and retaining communication if something goes wrong at your employer.
- Checkout: Complete payment when prompted.
- After payment, you'll be redirected to set up your login — this will require mobile phone number.
That's it. You're in. We will give you onboarding communications from there.
Have a pre-existing issue?
If something has already happened at work that you'd need support with, tick "Yes" when asked about pre-existing issues during sign-up. Our team will set expectations with you from the start — we just need honesty on the form.
