Our legal representation is second to none. You have the same legal coverage that you would have had in unions previously with arguably a better legal team. Red Union Law is also available as a branch of our services for workplace issues that escalate to more severe levels.
Please note, for Queensland members due to corrupt legislation passed by the Queensland Labor State Government, we are unable to act in the QIRC (We can still represent every other jurisdiction and Commission). We will however cover the cost of your representation in that particular jurisdiction if you require it.
