How to Fix Login or Member Portal Issues
Having trouble logging in to your Member Portal? Here are the most common fixes.
The Member Portal
The member portal (AKA member dashboard) allows you to lodge a member support form, access addon services (like Red Academy & Red Tax), download invoices, update your billing details, and change subscriptions.
All of these activities can also be done via email or phone (after identity verification).
Log in to your Member Portal at:
-
member.redunion.com.au (AU) or
-
member.unions.co.nz (NZ).
Minimum requirements to use the Member Portal
The member portal can only be accessed if:
- You're a registered subscriber with Red Union Support Hub;
- The email address you currently have registered with the union is used to login; and
- A mobile phone number is tied to your account that you have access to.
If any one of the above is untrue, you cannot access the member dashboard, but you can access all the same actions available at the portal by contacting the Hotline.

If you are having trouble accessing your member portal, our team can help:

Troubleshooting your login on your own
You can try these steps yourself, which sometimes resolve login issues.
-
Step 1: Check You Are Using the Right Email
Make sure you are logging in with the email address linked to your membership. If you are unsure which email is on file, contact our Support Hub.
-
Step 2: Clear Your Browser Cache
Sometimes old cached data can cause login issues. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
-
Step 3: Try a Different Browser or Device
If the issue persists, try logging in from a different web browser or device.
