Where can I find the Zoom meeting recordings?
We hold regular Zoom meetings where our members can ask questions of executive and officers. If you can't make it, our team organise meeting recordings so you don't miss out!
You can now find the times of our upcoming zooms on your member dashboard.
How do I join the meetings live?
Your association will notify you of when the next meeting is coming up via email(usually a Zoom meeting link). If you aren't receiving these, talk to the hotline to check your email preferences.
As of writing this article, the Monthly Zoom Meeting is on 3rd Tuesday of each month at 4:00pm AEST.
We usually give the opportunity for questions to be asked which you can reply to the email or send to the hotline.
If you can't find the link, it can be found at the member dashboard.

Log in to your Member Portal at member.redunion.com.au (AU) or member.unions.co.nz (NZ) using your current member email address and mobile phone for verification.

On the portal dashboard:

Navigate to "Important links" section->

Click the "Monthly Zoom Meeting" card.

- This will enable you to join the meeting.
I couldn't attend I want a recording.
Mintues and recordings of meetings can be requested by a member by asking an organiser via email. Please contact us at hotline@redunion.com.au if you would like a copy of the recording and one of our friendly staff will be able to assist you.
It helps to include in the email:

For which month you'd like the recording; and
- Hotline should know your union by your email address.
Outline in the email specifically that you are "request a copy of the monthly zoom meeting for [month]".
This way we can promptly help you during business hours.
If you use a different email address
So we can verify your membership, you need to use an email you have registered with the union.
If this isn't the case, Hotline might need to verify your membership another way. You can find out more at our privacy policy.
