Billing and Invoice Help
Getting invoices and making billing changes is straightforward for members, but if it isn't → contact our friendly team.
There are two ways to access the billing portal, either via your member dashboard or via the website menu at the top of each page.
Accessing the Billing Portal via the member dashboard:

Log in to your member dashboard at member.redunion.com.au (you will need your member email and mobile phone to do this).

Enter your credentials into the login page and select enter.

On the member portal dashboard:

Navigate to "Manage your membership" ->

Click on "Update Membership Details" card ->
- In the "Membership" page scroll down to the bottom heading "Billing & Membership" ->
- Click on the button that says "Billing Details" ->
- You will now be connected to the Billing Portal.

The Billing Portal
- The Billing Portal will display your current subscription, next billing date, payment method, billing information, and downloadable invoice history.
- "Add payment method" - update your payment method
- "Update information" - here tou can also update your payment method and billing information by selecting the options
- "Invoice History" - You can download our tax invoices issued to you for union services in the Billing portal.
Trouble accessing the billing portal?
The billing portal occassionally requires verification (for example, to update payment method). When this occurs:

You will be prompted to insert you member email →

Once on this page, please enter your member email into the log in and click "send" →

This will send an email to your inbox with a link to your billing portal. It should look something like this:

Tip: You may want to check your spam folder. If you still don't have an email in your folder after a few minutes, you may not have entered the member email that you have on file with us.
- Open the link in your email, and you'll be directed to your billing portal with the required credentials.
Updating your card details:

To update your card details select "Add payment method" →

This will open a section where you're able to add a new card.

Once complete, you can make your new card the default and delete your previous payment method by using the three dots beside the card.

Changing your billing address:
In order to change your billing address:

Select "update information" →

change your details →
-
select "save".

Accessing your invoices
Your invoices (2023-2024 financial year onwards only) are available under the invoice history section of your dashboard.
Please select the date of the invoice to bring up a copy of your invoice.

Click on the invoice you'd like to view →

you will be presented with a screen displaying the invoice number, payment date, total paid, and two buttons.

Select "Download invoice" to download your invoice or "Download receipt" for a copy of your receipt.

Tips:
- Our team will have to verify identiy, so always let us know if you're changing mobile phone number or home address.
- Check if your correct mobile phone number is tied to your membership account when contacting the Support Teams - this is used to secure your portal access.
- Tip: Make sure your billing details are up to date to avoid any interruption to your services, coverage, and loyalty benefits.
